Kid Rock is "beyond devastated" by the death of his personal assistant, Mike Sacha.
The "All Summer Long" singer shared his condolences after his assistant’s fatal ATV accident in Nashville, Tennessee on Monday.
"He was a member of our family and one of the greatest young men I have ever had the pleasure to not only work with, but also to become friends with," Rock wrote in a message posted to his website. "I know I speak for us all in sharing my deepest condolences to his family. I can not imagine how they must feel. Myself, the band, our family, friends and co-workers are devastated over this loss."
Rock, 45, explained how he and his team were set to head back to Michigan on Monday, but are planning to "stay here with Mike until I can bring him home to his family."
The Nashville Police Department also confirmed the news of Sacha's death on Twitter.
