HBO plans to submit he "Formation" singer's acclaimed new visual album for Emmy consideration, Variety reports.

Although it was only debuted for a 27 hour window, Queen Bey's newest work is eligible for the Outstanding Variety Special category, and it actually wouldn't be the first time the pop megastar has received a nomination.

Meanwhile, Bey and Jay were spotted out together in Miami, Florida on Tuesday, marking their first public appearance after the "Becky" controversy that followed Lemonade's release.

Despite all the speculation, Jay Z looks relaxed in the photos, even taking one opportunity to kick back with a cigar ahead of his wife's first "Formation World Tour" stop at Marlins Park.
