The 32-year-old actor showed off his killer abs and impressive biceps while going surfing in Byron Bay, Australia on Thursday, giving everyone an eyeful of his perfect physique.

The pictures are even more stunning given how Hemsworth underwent a dramatic weight loss last November for his role in the film, In the Heart of the Sea.

"Just tried a new diet/training program called 'Lost At Sea.' Wouldn't recommend it," he joked on Instagram at the time.
