Jason Hervey, known for his role as the bullying big brother on The Wonder Years, spent 48 hours in a Tennessee jail last weekend, the Williamson County police confirmed to ET.

The 44-year-old former child star served his jail time after being arrested in January 2015 for allegedly driving under the influence, refusing to take a breathalyzer and being in possession of a handgun while under the influence.
