Scott Disick 'Couldn't Handle' Seeing Lamar Odom in the Hospital

Scott Disick and Lamar Odom have first-hand experience with the struggles of recovery.

On this week's Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the two have a heart-to-heart about the former NBA player's scary hospitalization after he was found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel in 2015.

"I couldn't handle it, I left," Disick, 32, says of visiting Odom at the hospital. "I didn't know what to do."

"I was trapped in my body," the 36-year-old basketball player responds. "Couldn't even say 'Excuse me,' or 'thank you.'"

"When I first heard about what happened to Lamar, it was heartbreaking," Disick admits. "It's pretty unreal that everybody stuck beside him, and was there for him."

"I can't really take the risk. I can't do that to [Khloe] again," Odom tells Disick during their conversation.

During Odom's recovery, Khloe Kardashian withdrew her pending divorce from the troubled former reality star.

However, since that time, Kardashian refiled for divorce on May 26, citing irreconcilable differences. The two are reportedly on good terms and Odom was aware the second filing was coming.

A source tells ET that the second divorce filing will be addressed on KUWTK in some way, adding, "Nothing is off limits with that family... Of course they’ll address it on camera at some point."
