Pharrell is going country!
The super-producer is lending his talents to Little Big Town's upcoming album, WANDERLUST, and ET has learned exclusively that he'll be joining the group on-stage at the CMT Music Awards to perform a new song together.
Talk about a small world. While Pharrell is serving as the executive producer on Little Big Town's album, the 43-year-old Voice coach is also working on a top-secret project with longtime collaborator, Justin Timberlake. Back in March, the "Can't Stop the Feeling" singer shared a studio selfie with, who else? Little Big Town.
No word yet on what Timberlake might be cooking up with the band, but it sure sounds promising!
Among the star-studded performances on tap are Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Thomas Rhett, with collaborations from Blake Shelton and The Oak Ridge Boys, Billy Ray Cyrus and Cheap Trick, Dierks Bentley and Elle King, Fifth Harmony and Cam, Keith Urban with special guests Brett Eldredge and Maren Morris, and Pitbull with Leona Lewis and Cassadee Pope.
Lewis, who performed LBT's "Girl Crush" as a duet with Adam Lambert at last year's CMT Artists of the Year celebration, has also been added to the show's presenter roster, along with Billy Gardell, Bobby Bones, Chad Michael Murray, Chris Janson, Cody Alan and Kelsea Ballerini.
