The former Secretary of State became the first female presumptive presidential nominee on Tuesday. While Clinton still has a few months of campaigning before going head to head with Republican nominee Donald Trump in November, her famous supporters -- many whom met up with her on the campaign trail -- are overjoyed about this historic moment in time.

George Clooney is also a big supporter of Hillary for president, and when talking to ET, the presidential hopeful admitted that meeting the 55-year-old actor did make her a little star struck.

"I mean, obviously I'm a huge fan of George's, and I hadn't yet met [his wife] Amal, but I knew people who knew her because she is a human rights lawyer, which I am enthusiastically impressed by," Hillary told ET's Kevin Frazier. "So the idea that they were going to do this, and then we got to spend some personal time together? That was pretty starstruck-y time ... It was great, it was just terrific."
