Bethenny Frankel's mysterious health scare certainly sounds scary.

In a trailer for the latest season of The Real Housewives of New York, the reality star revealed that she has to undergo surgery and tearfully inquires about a living will. Now, Bravo executive producer Andy Cohen previews the scary incident that sparked Frankel's "health journey."

"Well, what happens is that Bethenny starts bleeding profusely," Cohen told ET on the set of Watch What Happens Live! "Bleeding profusely is what happens. And then, that begins her health journey."

ET recently sat down with Frankel, who said her "women's health issue" was something "many women can relate to." The 45-year-old Skinnygirl mogul also shot down speculation that she was battling cancer.

"I don't have cancer. I don't even like that that word is sort of out there," she revealed. "I have a couple of different female issues going on at the same time that have created kind of the perfect storm, so I am dealing with it."

"I'm OK right now. I've had moments of not being OK," Frankel added. "I've had what people are calling a 'health scare,' because it is and has been scary...I'm going to be fine. I'm sure I'm going to be fine. I don't want anyone to worry, but a little more on that later, once I kind of get into it."

Meanwhile, RHONY co-stars Dorinda Medley and Ramona Singer teased "Hiroshima"-level drama bigger than Frankel and Luann de Lesseps' explosive fight during Housewives Happy Hour. Get the scoop in the video below.
