Oprah Winfrey, noted bread enthusiast and former daytime talk show host, will allow us into her heart and her kitchen with the release of a new cookbook next year.
Oprah's weight and monetary net worth have experienced an inverse relationship this year -- as she lost 30 pounds, she gained millions upon millions upon tens of millions of dollars -- and she's revealing the secret to the former with Food, Health and Happiness: 'On Point' Recipes for Great Meals and a Better Life.
"In the past several months on Weight Watchers, I have worked with wonderful chefs to make healthier versions of my favorite meals," Oprah said in a statement, before humblebragging, "When people come to my house for lunch or dinner, the number one thing they ask is, 'How is this so delicious and still healthy?' So, I decided to answer that question with recipes everyone can enjoy."
Which recipes will we enjoy when the cookbook is released on Jan. 3, 2017? Probably something with vegetables because Oprah loves vegetables. Oprah LOVES vegetables.
The OWN mogul recently sat down with ET's Nancy O'Dell and revealed that she'd lost so much weight that she was selling old clothes that no longer fit on eBay.
"I've had so many clothes," Oprah explained. "Most of them I never wore more than once or twice. I have shoes that I literally took downstairs, put them on as I was going to sit in the chair and took them off. When you've paid as much for a shoe as you did for a down payment on your first house, it's hard to let that shoe go!"
