Kanye West took to Twitter on Monday to thank his wife not just for the delicious comfort food on his special day, but for "making" his family. Kim and Kanye have two children together, three-year-old North and six-month-old Saint.
"Wifey made the best Father's Day meal ever," the 39-year-old rapper tweeted. "So thankful, so happy, so blessed. Thank you for making my family."
Kim and Kanye went to brunch at Nobu on Father's Day, but later, Kim revealed her gift to her husband was a home-cooked meal.
"All my husband wanted for Father’s Day was a home-cooked meal, so, in the kitchen, cooking," Kim shared on Snapchat, while showing off her fried chicken, green beans, macaroni and cheese, and cornbread.
The meal even included dessert, which was banana pudding with vanilla wafers.
"My favorite part," Kim noted.
"Thank you for always putting our family first and being the best dad to our babies!" the 35-year-old reality superstar also gushed on Instagram alongside a candid family photo of the four on the beach. "I couldn't ask for a better husband and more perfect family. We love you so much!"
Kim recently stuck up for her husband in a new interview with GQ
when it comes to his longstanding feud with Taylor Swift, claiming Taylor lied
about not approving the rapper's controversial lyrics about the "Shake It Off" singer in his song "Famous."
"She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't," Kim said. " ... And I'm like, 'Wait, but [in] your GRAMMY speech, you completely dissed my husband just to play the victim again.'"
