Pitch perfect! Anna Kendrick visited The Late Late Show on Wednesday where she put her musical talents to good use with host James Corden. The Pitch Perfect 2 star belted out popular love songs to “soundtrack” the great love story between herself and Corden.
She started off solo, singing, “I Say a Little Prayer” before Corden cut in singing, “Lady in Red.” What followed was a more comical version of a Glee-style mashup.
The pair hopped into bed belting out Boyz II Men’s “I’ll Make Love to You” before deciding to get married while singing Bruno Mars’ “Marry You.”
After Kendrick begged Corden, “Don’t Go Breakin’ My Heart,” she caught him cheating and he immediately broke into a chorus of Shaggy’s “It Wasn’t Me.”
Naturally, that led to an emotional Adele ballad and breakup. Fortunately, the pair made up singing Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You.” Watch the hilarious clip now!
