The power of positive thinking.

Looks like Justin Bieber will be "taking it easy" for a while.

The 22-year-old pop star took to Instagram on Friday to show off a sprained ankle, just hours before he was due to perform at Cincinnati, Ohio's U.S. Bank Arena.

"Gonna be taking it easy tonight on stage sprained my ankle playing ball smh," Bieber posted on Instagram, along with a pic of his swollen ankle in a tub of ice.

But do not fear, young Beliebers -- a little sprained ankle can't keep JBiebs from performing. "All good still gonna crush," he promised.

It's been a bit of a rough go for Bieber, who seems like he needs to take a serious chill pill. Just last week, he fell off the stage while adjusting his pants during his concert in Saskatchewan, Canada. While the singer didn’t seem fazed by the spill -- tweeting "Great show tonight," after the concert -- he did take quite the nasty fall.

Bieber also took a tumble during a performance in April, slipping on water during his Kansas City show.

While Bieber could certainly benefit from a little more caution while performing, he isn't the only one to have taken a nasty fall in concert. Bieber's ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, recently took a tumble of her own on Sunday night during the Tulsa, Oklahoma concert of her Revival World Tour. See how she recovered from the spill in the video below.
