The "Losing You" singer turned 30 on Friday, and she vacation in New Mexico with a few of her besties -- and big sister Beyoncé, of course -- to celebrate with sun, delicious treats and immaculate styling.

It's no surprise that the fashion-forward singer-songwriter sported a killer outfit for her Southwest soiree, fiercely posing in an orange-and-pink dress, which she paired with long, loose hair and minimal makeup.
Guests at the intimate gathering dined on treats including fresh fruit and honey peach and hibiscus lime popsicles as well as hitting up the desert and cooling off in the pool.

Ahead of the trip, Solange recapped her life so-far in an Instagram post, touching on both highs and lows that included losing her best friend to gun violence; having her son, Daniel, at age 17; starting her own label and "cultural hub" at age 27; marrying her second husband, video director Alan Ferguson, at 28; and completing her fourth album just a few hours before her birthday.
"I say all of that to say...don't eveeer let anyone write your story for you. They can talk, they can doubt, and they can say what they wanna, but only you have the words to narrate this ting we call life," the DJ and model wrote, mentioning she was also "about to take a note from Paris Hilton," and celebrate with four parties.

Beyoncé wished her sister a happy birthday in a very Beyoncé way, posting a gif to Instagram that showed Solange wearing a hand-drawn crown, surrounded by hearts.
