The villain from JoJo Fletcher's season reveals how his mom inspired him to join the show.
This is the softer side of Chad.
The Bachelorette contestant Chad Johnson did say that his villainous antics were "amplified" for the show, and now, the 28-year-old reality star is getting personal with a touching tribute to his late mother.
"Having a hard time missing my Mom today," he wrote on Instagram. "She was the happiest most positive person I've ever known and she was taken from me and my family way too soon."

Chad went on to recall how painful it was watching his mother battle cancer and suggested anyone going through the same trauma look into "alternative healing methods."
"Watching my mother go through #breastcancer and then #livercancer while being treated with #chemotherapy was the worst thing a person or a family could ever have to endure," he wrote. "Please people, look into a change of diet, a change of lifestyle, and natural healing methods such as cannabis oil. Give your loved ones a fighting chance."

JoJo Fletcher sent Chad home in last week's episode and the show just hasn't been the same without him. No word yet on how Bachelorette fan Justin Bieber handled the elimination, but we do know he loves him some Chad.
