Kylie Jenner is speaking out in defense of Kylie Cosmetics after the Better Business Bureau initially gave the company an "F" rating, the lowest score possible.

The cosmetics line -- which is responsible for Kylie's wildly popular lip kits -- had been bumped up to a "C" rating on Tuesday, but now shows a "no rating." In a message posted to her subscription-only website, the 18-year-old reality star assures fans that she's working to improve the company's customer service.

"You guys are the reason I keep going and I'm motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be," Kylie begins. "I'm continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy. Because so many of you spoke out, I'm excited to tell you that the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating. I've sold millions of lip kits and any complaint we've received to date has been addressed in a timely manner."

That being said, Kylie admits that she's not thrilled about having to defend Kylie Cosmetics. "I'm sick and tired of people coming for my business," she continues. "I love everything about Kylie Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improve it every day and make you guys happy. I don't want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer and to know the facts."

Showing her gratitude for her fans, Kylie -- who's planning to open her own cosmetics store -- concludes, "I love you and apologize to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn't receive the service they deserve."

According to the BBB, they contacted Kylie Cosmetics in May regarding complaints from customers that, after they'd ordered and paid for products, some or all of the items were not being shipped as expected. The company claimed that the packages were being vandalized or stolen because of their "highly recognizable packaging," and assured the BBB that steps were being taken to resolve the issue. However, the BBB notes that "as of June 23, 2016, the pattern of complaint allegations continues."

Kylie Cosmetics released the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's lip kit -- which was recently featured in a PartyNextDoor music video -- ahead of the holidays last December, and it sold out in under a minute. "Nobody be upset!" Kylie tweeted at the time. "There's so many people trying to buy at once so there are some tech issues."

One customer who wasn't displeased with her Kylie Cosmetics product was Ariana Grande. "Happy early birthday to me," the 23-year-old singer captioned a Snapchat of her gift from Kylie last month. "Thank you Kylie! My [lips emoji] bout to be so happy. loveU."
