Derek Jeter is about to be a married man.
Several sources have confirmed to ET that the 42-year-old former New York Yankees player will marry 26-year-old model Hannah Davis this weekend in Napa, California. The couple were careful to make their nuptials "small and intimate," with only their "closest family and friends" invited, sources tell ET.
ET confirmed in October that Jeter popped the question to his then-girlfriend of three years, and the two celebrated their engagement in Napa with family.
When Davis spoke to Health magazine earlier this year, she shared her plans to keep the wedding simple. "I'm chill. I just want it to be a fun day, not all the fuss," she said. "I don't want to go overboard -- it's not about the place settings. I won't get stressed out about that, 'cause I could just care less."
Davis might "care less" about the minor details of her nuptials, but she seemed super excited about her Vera Wang wedding dress when she spoke to ET in February. "I don't know if I'll give too many details before the actual day, but I'm very excited that she's designing the dress," she gushed.
One thing's for certain, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model is a woman in love. "I think finding someone you truly don't have to change for -- not even a single part of you -- makes you rise to the occasion," Davis told Health. "You want to find someone who is way better than you, or you think so. You're like, 'This person is gonna bring out the best in me, and I'm gonna be a way better person this year.'"
