Nicky Hilton is already out and about with her baby.

The 32-year-old new mother was spotted on Monday afternoon taking a stroll through New York City, just three days after giving birth to her daughter, Lily-Grace. Dressed in a pair of skinny jeans, black flats and a striped button-down blouse, Hilton was all smiles as walked with husband James Rothschild as he pushed Lily-Grace's baby stroller.

The couple has lots to celebrate this month. In addition to becoming new parents, they also celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary over the weekend. Hilton married Rothschild at Kensington Palace in London last July. "Thankful for the best anniversary gift ever, our beautiful daughter Lily-Grace," the hotel heiress captioned a throwback pic from her wedding.

On Friday morning, ET confirmed that Hilton had given birth to her first child in NYC while surrounded by friends and family. According to the source, baby Lily-Grace weighed in at seven and a half pounds.
