The 37-year-old actress is showing off her bangin' bod again -- this time, while on vacation with pals in Formentera, Spain.

Hudson looked cute and casual on Thursday, putting her rock-hard abs on display as she went for a stroll.
But Hudson's ensemble didn't last long. Shortly after, she stripped down to her little red Acaia bikini and got in on a little mud-bath action.
But getting a little messy isn't the only activity the mother of two has been doing in a bikini during her enviable vacay. Hudson hasn't been shy about sharing plenty of bikini-filled moments from her Spanish getaway.

"I was 19 when I discovered Pilates, and I'm still doing it," she told Shape magazine. "It's the workout my body really responds to. It's all about alignment, elongating your spine, and strengthening your core. It makes me feel my strongest."
"I love my shape because I work really hard at it," Hudson added. "I honor my body by working out and seeing what it can do."
