The 43-year-old actress makes a rare public declaration of love for her better half.
In a rare public declaration of her love for her husband, Cameron Diaz penned a sweet note on Friday explaining why Benji Madden is the absolute best.
Diaz shared the touching Instagram message along with a performance video of the Good Charlotte rocker.
"One of my favorite things about being married, is how much pride I take in my husband @benjaminmadden," she wrote. "He makes me proud everyday.. One day it might be how generous and giving, another how gentle and thoughtful. Or when he is fiercely protective of the people he loves and cares about... And everyday single day I am so incredibly proud of his integrity as a human being."

After a year of wedded bliss, Diaz is still very much in love with Madden's great qualities, but Friday's note was extra special as it marked the release of Youth Authority, Good Charlotte's first album since 2010.
"TODAY what I'm most proud of is his talent... his gift," she continued. "Today his band @goodcharlotteband released their first album in 6 years #YouthAuthority .. What makes me even more proud is that he has released it on his own independent label MDDN... And it is so damn GOOOOOOOOD... Its so full of love and hope and truth... about forging and holding onto love... I wish that everyone could write music to express their pain.. their fears... their hopes and dreams."
Diaz, 43, concluded her post by congratulating her man on the new release. "Baby you amaze me... CONGRATS!!
