Melissa McCarthy is having a very, very good month.
Before Ghostbusters took home a whopping $46 million at the box office over its opening weekend, the 45-year-old actress was honored with the 2016 Gilda Radner Award For Innovation in Comedy during Gildafest '16.
Her reboot co-star, Kristen Wiig, lent a supportive hand at the event, which was held by SVEDKA Vodka at Caroline's on Broadway in New York City on July 12.

The Spy star looked gorgeous in a long-sleeved LBD that featured a lace top with nude overlay and pleated skirt, which she paired with matching pointy wrap-up pumps and dark beige nails, while Wiig rocked a buttoned-up floral-print Tory Burch blouse and matching pants.
The award McCarthy received is named for Gilda Radner, a beloved original cast member of Saturday Night Live who died of ovarian cancer in 1989, and is "presented to a female comedian who embodies the fun and comedic genius" of the late actress. All proceeds from the evening went to Gilda's Club New York City, a non-profit founded in Radner's memory to support, educate, and empower cancer patients and their families.
McCarthy and Wiig weren't the only Ghostbusters partying in the Big Apple. An energetic Leslie Jones sipped on a Strawberry Cobbler cocktail with friends at STK Rooftop on July 16.
Across the Hudson River, a gaggle of Jersey girls brought on the hairspray at the Real Housewives of New Jersey premiere party at Molos in Weehawken on July 10. Jersey Shore alum Deena Cortese and Samantha Giancola bonded with RHONJ stars Siggy Flicker, Jacqueline Laurita, Kathy Wakile and Dolores Catania over Jersey Shore Cosmetics and signature drinks from White Girl Rosé.

Brian Austin Green and his pregnant wife, Megan Fox, opted to keep a much lower profile this week, staying hidden under sunglasses while getting pedicures at Capri Nail Salon in Westlake Village, California, on July 17.
