Jennifer Aniston Visibly Tears Up Over Fan Q&A: See Which Question Got to Her

Jennifer Aniston isn’t afraid to let her emotions show! Just weeks after she penned a moving essay about female body image in the entertainment industry, the Mother’s Day actress, 47, got extremely candid in a live fan Q&A.
Aniston attended the Giffoni Film Festival in Italy this weekend where she was asked a surprisingly deep question by an audience member.
When asked if she ever woke up in the morning and didn’t know who she was, Aniston appeared emotional for a moment before replying, “Yes!”
“That moment has happened to me, like I can’t even, there’s not enough fingers and toes in this entire room to count how many times that has happened,” Aniston said, brushing back tears. “I mean, my gosh, we’re all human beings at the end of the day, whether we’re a waitress or a baker or a student or whatever we are, at the end of the day you kind of hit walls and think you can’t go any farther and think this is too much, my heart can’t take it or the pain is too great. Am I good enough? Will I survive? You just have to sort of somehow miraculously overcome.”
The crowd cheered in response to Aniston’s inspiring words, and the Friends alum added a final note of encouragement to the teen who asked the question.
“And also know that your actors, your idols, your icons, whatever you call them, have all had that experience in their lives many, many times. There’s nothing that separates us from you because we all started at the same place. We all came out of nowhere. We were all born innocent little empty vessels so don’t punish yourself. Go talk to people, seek help and just find someone to inspire you,” she said.
Aniston’s uplifting words echoed her passion in her headline-making op-ed for The Huffington Posttitled “For the Record.”
"For the record, I am not pregnant. What I am is fed up," Aniston wrote. "I'm fed up with the sport-like scrutiny and body shaming that occurs daily under the guise of 'journalism,' the 'First Amendment' and 'celebrity news.'"
