Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is no stranger to sharing intimate details of her life on-camera, so of course, the former Jersey Shore star didn’t hesitate to get filmed while kicking off her Monday with lip injections and Botox.
“My first botox and I’m terrified,” she declares in one of the videos posted on Instagram by plastic surgeon, Dr. Ramtin Kassir. “I want to die. I might punch him.”

The 28-year-old mother of two star is then shown getting injections in her forehead, lip fillers and having “bunny lines” on her nose fixed.
While the Botox might have been a first, Snooki has been getting lip injections since last year.

“I've always hated my thin lips and never thought I had the balls to get needles in my lips to perfect them but I did!” she explained on Instagram at the time. “I love my 'natural beauty,' but being able to enhance my lips to make me feel better about myself is life.”
