She woke up like this!

Add one more to the laundry list of "Reasons We Love Adele": the 28-year-old singer is showing off her porcelain skin in a fresh-faced and flawless photo posted to Instagram on Wednesday.

PICS: Stars Without Makeup

The snap appears to have been taken in Phoenix, Arizona, on Tuesday, presumably at some point in the early morning hours. It was shared along with another black-and-white shot, with Adele perched on a bed and sleepily rubbing her eyes.

This isn't the first time we've seen Adele ditch her signature winged liner look, but it is one of only a handful of color images on her Instagram page -- and it's certainly the most bold, close-up shot we've seen of her sans glam. Keep 'em coming, Adele! We love it when you bring the realness.

Of course, anyone who has been to one of Adele's live shows knows that bringing the realness is pretty much her specialty. (Besides, of course, bringing down the house with that powerful voice.)

And while Adele always knows how to keep her audience laughing, we loved seeing her get emotional during a London performance as her 3-year-old son looked on. Re-live the magical moment below.

UPDATE:

In a video posted to her Twitter account minutes after this story was published, Adele told fans that she would be forced to cancel Wednesday’s scheduled performance in Phoenix.

“I can’t do my show tonight, my second show here. I’m really, really sorry,” she said. “I’ve had a cold for a couple of days and I’ve been pushing through it and I did my show last night, and I loved it, but I pushed too hard. My cold has gotten the better of me.”

On Thursday morning, Adele tweeted that the concert had been rescheduled for Monday, Nov. 21. "Anyone unable to make the rescheduled date, should contact their point of purchase for a refund," she tweeted. "We apologize for any inconvenience caused."
