Nick Carter is getting "back in boy band shape" with a little help from his son, Odin!
The Backstreet Boys singer shared a new pic from his workout regime on Tuesday -- pushing the ridiculously cute kid's stroller!
"Trying to get back into #boyband shape with my little buddy for our next #backstreetboys album and tour," Carter posted to Instagram, along with an adorable shot of himself with his 4-month-old bundle of joy. "Pushing a stroller is crazy cardio lol."
The 36-year-old musician has definitely been giving it his all in recent days, showing off some workouts on Instagram.
"Out on a mid day hike. About to tackle this hill," he wrote on Sunday.
The boybander also shared a few videos of his workouts last Friday.
But Odin isn't just helping his dad get in shape; he also joined the singer for a little studio session!
"Hanging with daddy for the first time at the studio while we record a song for the new @backstreetboys album," the "I Want It That Way" singer posted last Sunday.
Carter clearly can't get enough of his little boy.
"I do not mind at all changing diapers," he told ET
in May about how he's handling daddy duty, before admitting he’s still got some learning to do. "I don't think [Lauren] wants me to change them as much because I am not as good as her in that."
