Here’s where you start paying, in sweat! James Corden and Jason Derulo were not ready for the demanding regimen of a group of dance-happy toddlers.

On Tuesday night’s episode of The Late Late Show, the British host and the “Wiggle” singer got a lesson in the art of dance during the sketch, “Toddlerography.”

“Make sure you really stretch. They don’t joke around here,” Corden says at the beginning of the clip.

“How bad can it be?” Derulo asks.

“You don’t know these instructors, they’re monsters!” Corden declares, pointing out one such “monster” – a cute little girl with curly hair.

The pair then proceeded to copy the moves laid out for them by the youngsters, spinning on the ground, leaping around the room, and kicking their legs in the air.

After several grueling minutes of the workout, Derulo admits, “That was intense. That was just as bad as you said.”

The pals then grab “brunch,” which consists of a cup of apple sauce.
