Downward facing dog! Miley Cyrus tried out a challenging yoga pose on Wednesday in the comfort of her own home. She posted a photo of the move, which involved her folding forward with her arms underneath her legs and her head between her legs.
“Emu is like WTF r u doin?!?! #ashtanga,” Cyrus captioned the pic of herself with her dog Emu watching her.
Ashtanga is a type of vinyasa yoga. Cyrus, of course, is a longtime yoga lover, and has posted a series of photos and videos to Instagram over the years.
The “Wrecking Ball” singer, 23, is currently starring on the new season of The Voice. She also recently shared the first photo of herself in the upcoming Amazon series, Crisis in Six Scenes, which was directed by Woody Allen.
In the pic, a long-haired, blonde Cyrus is seen wearing a colorful poncho and talking with Allen.
Not much is known about Allen’s first foray into television. The general plot for the series has officially been described as "a comedy that takes place in the 1960s during turbulent times in the United States and a middle class suburban family is visited by a guest who turns their household completely upside down."
Crisis in Six Scenes is set to premiere on Sept. 30 on Amazon.
