The oceanside ceremony took place at the Atlantis Hotel & Casino in front 130 of the couple's closest friends and family. This was the second major event for the newylweds, as they welcomed their first child, son Brooks, in April.

Salter told ET that she was "very excited" and that her "big day was amazing." She revealed that her wedding was “the second most special day of my life -- the first is when Brooks was born."

The day didn't go off without a hitch, however, as the couple were robbed of some precious memories -- literally.

"[It] felt like a movie, especially when we were taking photos on the beach and the photographer set her bag down and an alleged Atlantis employee ran up and stole the bags with all of our photos," Salter told ET. "My husband ran after him but could not catch him before he got to his getaway car just 50 yards away. So most of our pictures are somewhere on the island but the memory will last a lifetime. We are hoping someone will turn in the memory cards one day."

Despite the theft, both the ceremony and Salter, 26, were beautiful. The bride wore a gorgeous sleeveless gown with floral embroidery along the bodice and a long veil attached to her intricate updo.

Friends shared snaps from the nuptials, including this sweet video of the two walking down the aisle as husband and wife. The wedding hashtag? "#brannengotthefinalrose," naturally!

And even Grandma got in on the action, with Salter's mom, Karen, excitedly posing with her grandson and sharing gorgeous shots of her daughter, son-in-law, and husband.

Hours before she got hitched, Salter shared a sweet photo of her and her son during rehearsals, and Brooks may have been happier than his mom!

Now that the wedding is over, it's time to think about the honeymoon, though no plans have been set in stone just yet. "We don't want to leave our son to go on a long honeymoon but do plan on going snowboarding this winter for a week or two," Salter told ET.

Salter and Brannen, a commercial real estate broker, first started dating when they were students at Auburn University. They re-sparked their romance after Salter's stint on season two of Bachelor in Paradise, getting engaged in September 2015. Before tying the knot, Salter dated Chris Soules, the season 19 Bachelor, as well as her Paradise castmates Dan Cox and Nick Peterson.
