Altman confirmed the baby news with an Instagram post on Tuesday.

"So excited to tell the world that my amazing wife @theheatheraltman and I are pregnant with a baby girl!" Altman wrote. "I'm the luckiest man in the world and can't wait to spoil daddy's little girl."
This announcement comes five months after their April nuptials.
The couple tied the knot in a rustic ceremony in Aspen, Colorado, on April 2 in front of 82 close friends and family.

"Words can't describe how happy I am to be married to my best friend," Bilyeu wrote at the time. "This was an incredible 4-day celebration with friends, family and my now husband @thejoshaltman."
The season nine premiere of Million Dollar Listing airs Thursday, Oct. 6 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
