ET talks to celebrity divorce lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan about the alleged contract hit on K-Fed.

Attorney MARK VINCENT KAPLAN talks to ET about the alleged contract hit on his celebrity client, KEVIN FEDERLINE.

When asked by ET if he had been contacted by FBI as part of an investigation into a possible contract hit on Federline, Kaplan replied, "As a policy, I would not say that I was or was not contacted by an investigative agency."

When asked if he believes his client is in any danger, he was unsure, saying, "I don't know. I think he's doing great. Until I see what the alleged threat was, I can't speak to that."
