Marcia Clark talks to ET's Jann Carl about O.J.'s recent arrest.
ET legal correspondent MARCIA CLARK -- who was a prosecutor in the NICOLE BROWN SIMPSON and RON GOLDMAN murder trial against O.J. SIMPSON -- talks to our JANN CARL about O.J.'s latest troubles with the law.
"O.J. is in some extremely serious trouble right now," Marcia tells Jann, adding that if he is found guilty, he could do "some serious prison time."
When asked if she is surprised that O.J. is behind bars again, Marcia replies, "The only thing I'm really surprised about is that he got caught and then said enough for police to be able to get a case on him."
Marcia adds that, in her opinion, O.J. seems to believe that he is above the law. "[O.J. has] this sense of entitlement about him, that he can do whatever he wants."
Simpson's arraignment is set for Wednesday. Watch ET for more of Marcia Clark talking to Jann Carl about O.J. behind bars.
