Miley wasn't shy about addressing the rumor at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood party -- where it was plain to see the "Hannah Montana" star is not with child!

"Do I look pregnant?" Miley asked our cameras, brushing off the rumor. "It's so stupid I don't even want to comment about it."

Miley joined fellow "Hot Hollywood" gals at Us mag's VIP event Tuesday night at Hollywood's newest hotspot, Opera. JAMIE LYNN SPEARS, NATASHA HENSTRIDGE, EMILY PROCTOR, MARY J. BLIGE, KATHY GRIFFIN, SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR and many more celebrated the hottest power players in the biz.

Honorees at the bash included AMANDA BYNES, CHRIS BROWN, JAMES BLUNT, LAUREN CONRAD, cast members from "Heroes" and VANESSA HUDGENS.
