Are JENNIFER ANISTON and ORLANDO BLOOM dating? That romance is real, according to OK! magazine.

The pair were spotted last weekend at Punta Mita in Mexico for their personal manager's wedding -- but witnesses say the couple got cozy!

"After the wedding, they only had eyes for each other," says OK! editor JACQUELINE NEISS. "They spent hours on the beach talking and relaxing."
