The Great Cate premieres her new movie in New York.
Oscar winner CATE BLANCHETT exuded glamour as she walked the red carpet tonight for the New York premiere of her flick, 'Elizabeth: The Golden Age.'
Cate jetted over from the Hollywood premiere of the movie. The actress told ET that she had to endure long hours of hair and make-up during the filming of the epic costume drama, which hits theaters on October 12.
Other stars at the Big Apple premiere included VAL KILMER, MARTHA STEWART, LAUREN BACALL, MICHAEL IMPERIOLI and MICHAEL KORS.
The movie also stars CLIVE OWEN, GEOFFREY RUSH and SAMANTHA MORTON.
