Owen Wilson makes a first public appearance since his suicide attempt.

A relaxed looking OWEN WILSON made his return to the public eye, showing up at the premiere of 'The Darjeeling Limited' in Los Angeles Thursday night.

Sporting a stubbly blond beard, it was the actor's first public appearance since his suicide attempt back in August.

Wilson joined fellow cast-mates JASON SCHWARTZMAN, ADRIEN BRODY, ANJELICA HUSTON, NATALIE PORTMAN and filmmaker WES ANDERSON as they presented the hotly-awaited movie.

Wilson has the starring role in the 'Darjeeling Limited,' in which three brothers journey by train to India. The film is in limited release now.
