The one-time "It" couple is officially unwed.

ET confirms REESE WITHERSPOON and RYAN PHILLIPPE are now legally free to marry others.

On October 5 their status as a married couple was terminated, although their divorce will not be finalized until the former couple reaches a financial conclusion as well as a custody arrangement regarding their daughter AVA, 8 and son DEACON, 3.

Reese filed for divorce from Ryan last November after seven years of marriage.
