Attorney Lin Wood tells publisher of Anna Nicole book to stop publication of book.

Attorney LIN WOOD has written a letter on behalf of his client, HOWARD K. STERN, to the publisher of RITA COSBY's book on ANNA NICOLE SMITH, demanding that they take the book off store shelves and cease publication of it. The seven-page letter, provided by artharris.com, sets a Monday, 3 p.m. deadline to hear back from the publisher concerning the demands.

Cosby is being sued for libel by Stern. In her book, Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death, Cosby alleges an affair between Stern and LARRY BIRKHEAD -- the father of Anna Nicole's baby, DANNIELYNN.
