Real-life NCIS Director Thomas A. Betro makes a cameo appearance on tonight's episode of "NCIS."

If you blink, you might miss him, but the real NCIS Director, THOMAS A. BETRO, makes a cameo appearance on tonight's episode of "NCIS" in a scene with series star MARK HARMON.

"He's been in hair and make-up forever," jokes LAUREN HOLLY, who plays the NCIS director on the hit CBS series.

"Pressure, it's a lot of pressure," says Betro, who only has one line: "Hey, Gibbs, I am going for a refill. Do you want one?"

The "Identity Crisis" episode of "NCIS" airs tonight at 8 p.m. on CBS.
