According to investigative journalist ART HARRIS, a hearing is set for Thursday in New York, at which time HOWARD K. STERN's lawyer, LIN WOOD, will ask a federal judge for an injunction to keep author RITA COSBY from "tampering" with any witnesses or "altering" potential evidence in relation to the $60 million libel suit filed against her. The libel suit stems from claims made by Cosby in her book on ANNA NICOLE SMITH -- Blonde Ambition -- in which Cosby alleges that Stern and LARRY BIRKHEAD had a gay tryst.
