EVA LONGORIA and other "Desperate Housewives" stars stepped out in Hollywood on Thursday night for a good cause.
Eva, the national spokesperson for Padres Contra El Cancer, chaired the organization's 'El Sueno De Esperanza' benefit, while GEORGE LOPEZ was the master of ceremonies. Eva told ET, "We are trying to raise funds to help with all the programs that Padres provides for kids or their families that have cancer."
'Padres,' the only Latino organization of its kind currently operating in the United States, was founded in 1985. The organization promotes understanding of childhood cancers and blood disorders, serving not only the Latino community, but any family who needs help.
