MARIE OSMOND collapses on the "Dancing with the Stars" ballroom floor.

While MARIE OSMOND was waiting for the judges to rate the samba she had just completed with JONATHAN ROBERTS, she collapsed on the ballroom floor.

The live TV series went to commercial, but when they returned, TOM BERGERON announced that Marie was fine. In fact, he told us: "The first words out of her mouth when she saw us standing over her were, 'Oh, crap.'"

Marie refused to go see the medic until she got her scores! Jonathan later said that Marie was out cold for about 30 seconds; he also said that she was breathing hard before she fainted, and that he could feel something was wrong.

"Once in a while that happens to me when I get winded," she told the audience. "It is all good. I guess I am Sleeping Beauty."

For those interested, Marie and Jonathan earned 21 out of 30 possible points.
