The Los Angeles runway model who fell into a hole last week is speaking out about her headline-making video (above), which has become an Internet sensation!

"As a runway model, you have to keep your head up, you know," SARAH WELCH tells KABC-TV. "So I didn't look down for a hole, particularly."

After inadvertently stepping and sinking into a hole created by a martial arts performer during a SHADANG show at L.A. Fashion Week, Sarah, who also starred on the 2005 season of "The Bachelor," has been granting interviews and taking the gaffe in stride.

"It is just a really funny mishap. And I hope they're enjoying watching it just as much as I am!" she tells KABC.
