Amazing mama JENNIFER GARNER is the December cover girl for Glamour magazine -- gracing the mag's Women of the Year issue.

The wife to BEN AFFLECK and mom to toddler VIOLET is one of several fantastic females being honored at the Women of the Year event, which will be held November 5 at Lincoln Center in New York City. Other honorees include Nobel prize-winning novelist TONI MORRISON, golfer LORENA OCHOA and the first Girl of the Year, Oscar nominee ABIGAIL BRESLIN.
