Are they really a couple?

Are the romance rumors between actress/fashionista ASHLEY OLSEN and champion bicyclist LANCE ARMSTRONG true? People is reporting that Ashley, 21, and Lance, 36, have met up at least twice this week in New York.

Lance is in town for the marathon and the twosome first spent time together Monday night at the Rose Bar. "Lance was hanging with her, definitely," a source tells People. "[Olsen] was very flirtatious, and was sitting on his lap."

The pair then reunited early Wednesday morning at the Waverly Inn.
