LiLo makes a request of the court.
Attorneys for LINDSAY LOHAN are seeking to prevent her upcoming deposition from being recorded. If the deposition is recorded, they wish to seal the tape.
The proceedings will occur on December 3 in connection with an accident in October 2005.
The driver of the van Lindsay hit filed a negligence suit, alleging she was drunk at the time of the incident. He is seeking $200,000 in damages.
California Highway Patrol said the man at the wheel of the van was actually at fault for the accident -- by making an illegal U-turn.
Lindsay has filed a countersuit, asking for more than $75,000 for repairs to her Mercedes-Benz and the cost of renting other vehicles.
