Backstreet's got a wife -- tonight.

ET confirms that HOWIE DOROUGH of the BACKSTREET BOYS wed his girlfriend LEIGH BONIELLO on Saturday, and OK! magazine will have exclusive photos with the lovebirds in next week's issue!

Love bells jingled for the couple sometime after they met in 2000, while Boniello served as the boy band's webmaster.

The lads of "I Want It That Way" fame are currently hyping their sixth studio album, Unbreakable, which came out in October.
