ET confirms the charges against 'Transformers' star SHIA LABEOUF were dropped Wednesday, stemming from his arrest in early November for "criminal trespassing" at a Walgreens store. Walgreens decided not to pursue the misdemeanor charges against the 21-year-old actor, seen here in his mug shot.

"According to clerk office records the case against Shia Labeouf was ruled as an S.O.L (stricken off leave.), which means it was dismissed or dropped," a Chicago court public information officer tells ET.

At the time of his arrest, cops said the young star was "very courteous and polite."
