KEVIN FEDERLINE's attorney MARK VINCENT KAPLAN tells ET that BRITNEY SPEARS' deposition scheduled for this morning has been postponed because the pop star is sick. He adds that they reserve the right to do the deposition another day. The deposition was in regards to the custody of the ex-couple's two young sons SEAN and JAYDEN.
