ET has the latest...

KATHERINE HEIGL may have received a Golden Globe Best Supporting Actress nomination this morning for her work on "Grey's Anatomy," but don't expect to see her at the glam show on January 13 if the writers are still on strike. "I'm not crossing the picket line -- not unless I'm contractually obliged to do so -- which with the Golden Globes I'm not," she told ET.

She says being forced to do that once was enough. "The last episode we did the writers were on strike and we had to go to work every day and cross the picket line and it feels awful," she said. "Unfortunately the actors were contractually obliged to be there. We could have been sued if we didn't go to work. But it's hard -- I'd like to avoid it."
