President Obama Pokes Fun at Daughters Sasha and Malia's Texting Habits, Reveals His Top Workout Tracks

President Obama is suuuch a dad!

While speaking to students at Washington D.C.'s Benjamin Banneker Academic High School on Tuesday, the Commander-in-Chief brought up his own experience raising two teenage daughters -- 18-year-old Malia and 15-year-old Sasha -- and couldn't help but tease them for their texting habits.

"As the father of two teenage daughters, I know the whole time you were just like, 'And then he said ... Girl, I couldn't believe it!'" Obama teased, before miming himself taking a selfie.

For the record, the 55-year-old president made fun of himself too, specifically the fact that texting wasn't even around when he was born.

"I don't remember that, we did not have texts," Obama said. "We had to send little notes."

We're not sure we buy the whole dorky dad routine, if only because POTUS recently shared his official workout playlist to Spotify, which features the likes of Beyonce, Jay Z, and Courtney Bartnett. Sting also made the cut, so Obama is a dad, but at least he's a pretty cool one.

Meanwhile, as the president gets ready to leave the White House after eight years in office, Stephen Colbert decided to help him out with his upcoming job hunt on Monday night's Late Show.
