The 'Hello' singer received the cutest surprise following her concert in Nashville on Monday.

Men of the world, take note.

Adele’s boyfriend, Simon Konecki, didn’t let her busy tour schedule stop them from celebrating their fifth anniversary over the weekend.

During the singer's tour stop in Nashville, Tennessee, on Monday, Konecki made the sweetest gesture to profess his love to Adele, his longtime love and mother of the couple’s 3-year-old son, Angelo.

On Sunday night, Konecki replaced the GRAMMY's winner's usual concert confetti with handwritten love notes!

Typically, white confetti with handwritten lyrics rains down on fans following each show. But Konecki's sweet surprise featured pink pieces of paper with love notes scrawled across them, such as "Happy anniversary," "You are an angel <3" and "Love you long time."

To further fuel our happy tears, Adele told the crowd on Saturday night that she plans to try for a second baby soon. "My son is about to turn 4 very, very soon. I’m starting to get very emotional about it because I feel like once they turn 4, they're not really your actual baby any more," she reportedly said. "So my womb is starting to ache a little bit. It's like, ‘Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby.’ I’m not pregnant. I won’t get pregnant until the end of the tour."

The "Hello" singer recently divulged that she hopes her relationship with Konecki will be everlasting. "Being in such an amazing relationship with someone that's so there for me and so loyal and is really part of my core now, that's what made me write about everything I've ever done, because I've got his love," she explained.
